Federal First Time Home Buyers Tax Credit
The Government of Canada has introduced new support to help first time home buyers with the new $750 federal tax credit towards the closing costs of a first home. News Release
Federal Home Buyers Plan
The Federal Home Buyers Plan has been updated allowing an increase to $25,000 in the amount first-time buyers can withdraw from their RRSP towards purchase or construction of a first home.
